Welcome to Comet Self Care

I wanted to introduce myself, not only as a business owner, but as a woman, student, future teacher, and more. 
I create handmade soaps, candles, wax melts, sugar scrubs, and other nice smelling self care products. I am continuously growing my line and product types to include more care products.
In my business here at Comet Self Care, I believe that doing good things for your body, mind, and soul shouldn’t have a large price tag. I make quality products that last but won’t break your wallet. I work out of my home, but I want to set up a physical shop for local customers, while also running an online store. I am a future teacher, currently a student, who recently quit her job to focus on school and running her business, for me, this was my form of self-care.
I was a 9-1-1 dispatcher, and I also hope to start a donation program through my business to send care packages to local first responders, women’s shelters, and others who are in need. Currently, I do profit share work with a local sorority at the University of Missouri - Columbia, where I donate money based off of products that they have sold. This sorority is based off of women in music, professionalism, and service.

I am just a small business getting started, and I am so appreciative of all of the support that I have had over the past two years during my start up.
